WW Peanut Dipping Sauce

WW Peanut Dipping Sauce1/4 cup fat free milk

1/4 cup smooth peanut butter

2 t. soy sauce

1/4 t. red pepper flakes

1/4 t. ginger minced

1/2 t. minced garlic

Mix altogether in a blender or processor. Yield 8 servings ( 1T each, 1 PP each)

Here is the marinade that I marinated the chicken breast in first:

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 T fresh lime juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 t. grated gingerroot

3/4 t. red pepper flakes

2 T water

Easy Oreo Truffles

This is recipe is so easy, but your guests will think you slaved over them!  A favorite during the holidays or when you need to make a dessert for an event.

What you need:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg.  (16.6 oz.) OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 4-1/4 cups), divided
2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Make it:

MIX cream cheese and 3 cups cookie crumbs until well blended.

SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
