1/4 cup fat free milk
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 t. soy sauce
1/4 t. red pepper flakes
1/4 t. ginger minced
1/2 t. minced garlic
Mix altogether in a blender or processor. Yield 8 servings ( 1T each, 1 PP each)
Here is the marinade that I marinated the chicken breast in first:
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 T fresh lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. grated gingerroot
3/4 t. red pepper flakes
2 T water
